Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
• Manage and support a team of staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor inventory and assist with stock management.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the quick service restaurant industry.
• Drive-Thru (DT) experience is essential.
• Must be eligible work In Ireland.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on delivering top-quality guest experiences.
• A passion for operational excellence and efficiency. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once.
• A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a dedication to high standards.
