Job description:
• Provide exceptional medical care to small animals
• Perform basic day to day general duties in the first opinion clinic
• Participate and assist in advanced general and orthopaedic surgery
• Communicate effectively with pet owners, offering compassionate guidance
• Collaborate with a talented team of veterinary professionals
While the candidate is expected to be able to carry out routine consultations and surgical procedures, training will be given in advanced surgical and orthopaedic techniques as well as in radiographic techniques, interpretation, and surgical planning.
- degree in Veterinary Medicine
- valid European veterinary warrant registrable in Malta
- basic experience in ultrasound, x-ray, small animal care and surgery
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- a passion for animal welfare
- 12 month experience
- driving licence B
