Učiteľ anglického jazyka

The job entails:

• teaching English to mainly school-going children, teens and adults
• term evaluation, exam preparation, students reports
• staff meetings every week
• preparing students for external exams (Cambridge B1-C1)
• timetable for classes is mainly in the afternoon and evening (5pm – 8pm aprox.) Monday to Friday.

Details of position

We are currently looking for a full-time native level teacher ready to join our team in September 2024-June 2025 (Possibility for contract to be extended to the next academic year). RMR Torelló is looking for a highly committed and motivated teacher with the initiative, creativity and willingness to demonstrate the ability to engage students through dynamic and vibrant classes as well as develop professionally through the joy of teaching alongside fully qualified, serious professionals who are keen on teamwork and passionate about their job.

Qualifications/Requirements

• University Degree (preferably in Languages)
• Native English Speaker
• Recognized TEFL qualification
• Working knowledge of Spanish or Catalan, an advantage but not required
• Experience with Cambridge exam preparation will be valued but not necessary (PET, FCE, CAE)
• Teaching experience will be valued
• EU nationals (We are unable to consider applicants who do not hold EU citizenship or the necessary legal documents to work in Spain)
• References required (at least 2)

• minmum 15 lecture hours a week
