Specialist for concrete repair & floor coating (m/f/d)*

• Contact person on site for concrete repairs and floor coatings
• Coordination with subcontractors and own construction site teams
• Preparation and follow-up of trades
• Earthwork, masonry and concrete work
• Renovation and conversion work on small and medium-sized objects
• Use of caulking, milling and blasting technology and coating of repaired surfaces

Carrying out work in the field of concrete repairs such as concrete removal, solid blasting, reprofiling, spray mortar, shotcrete, surface protection, injection technology, etc.

• Ideally completed vocational training in the construction industry, lateral entry from related professional groups would be welcome, e.g. painters, concrete/reinforced concrete workers
• Experience for example in the areas of facades of residential buildings, industrial buildings, cooling towers, power plants, parking garages and underground garages, road and railway bridges, hydraulic structures (locks, weirs, port facilities) or drinking water tanks required
• Interest in technically interesting construction tasks and in a job in the construction industry
• Driving license B an advantage
• On Site teams operating from Wels: willingness to travel in western Austria
• On Site teams operating from Vienna: Willingness to travel in the Vienna area, Lower Austria, Burgenland
• knowledge of German A2 is an advantage

Salary – 38.068,94 EUR/year including allowances
