We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Product Owner to join our Center of Excellence (CoE) for Salesforce, focusing on our Partner Portal. Salesforce is already widely used in some parts of our organization and is being rolled out in others. As a member of our team, you will be dedicated to developing and enhancing Salesforce to meet our business needs.

As the Product Owner for the Partner Platform, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize the Salesforce product roadmap
• Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to gather requirements and deliver solutions that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency
• Manage the product backlog, ensuring that user stories are well-defined and prioritized
• Oversee the rollout of Salesforce in new regions and departments, providing training and support to ensure successful adoption
• Monitor and analyze the performance of Salesforce solutions, making data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement
• Stay up to date with Salesforce best practices and industry trends, incorporating them into our Salesforce strategy

You will be the central point of contact for clarifying questions and driving business needs. In this role, you will manage the backlog of features and enhancements, ensure continuous improvements, and lead the development and implementation of the Salesforce Partner platform to deliver value across our global organization.

We are looking for a candidate with strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices; moreover the following will make us curious about you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Product Owner or similar role
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Experience in a global organization, with the ability to manage projects across multiple regions and time zones
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are a plus
