Kuchár – Kivikstrand Seaside hotel Švédsko
At Kivikstrand seaside hotel, we are looking for an experienced chef from May 1st – September 30th 2025. We are a small family-owned hotel with 13 boutique hotel styled rooms by the sea in Kivik, ”The Provence” of Sweden, one hour train ride from Copenhagen airport.
We have a beautiful dining room with a view of the sea and our customers often come visit us to celebrate a special occasion. The staff consist of around 15 people during the season with varying backgrounds and ages. We work with set menus with 2-3 dishes and matching wine packages allways with focus on high quality locally grown produce, Swedish meat and fish. Depending on the season we serve between 10-30 guests per night. You will be working together with a kitchen assistant or by your self depending on the number of clients. We have a modern kitchen equipped with a Rational oven and sous vide.
We think that you are interested in the modern European cuisine and are curious to learn more about Swedish produce and food traditions. You are neat, punctual and have a cheerful mood. You are 25 or older and have references and photos of your work to show. We are a small workplace, which means that we work together where needed within the entire hotel and restaurant business.

You will be working full time or more 40-60h/week depending on what you prefer. You must have an EU membership to be able to work in Sweden. We will help the right applicant to find
accommodation nearby.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience. From 16 Eur/h including holiday compensation and unsocial hours compensation.
