You will be responsible for:

• Full technical aspects of hot-dip galvanizing process (pre-treatment, fluxing, dipping, posttreatment)
• Establishment and supervision of technological regulations (specifications, parameter limits, quality criteria)
• Zinc bath and chemistry management (temperature, alloying, slag/ash control, bath longevity)
• Monitoring and reducing zinc consumption per ton
• QC laboratory operations and quality control (coating thickness, adhesion, surface quality)
• Compliance with EN ISO 1461, EN ISO 14713 and customer requirements
• Technical customer support and complaint analysis (CAPA system)
• Compliance with environmental regulations (IED, REACH, AAA)
• Implementation of technological improvements and process optimization
• Providing technological guidance and support to the production team

You will succeed best if you:

• Hold a university degree in metallurgy, materials science, or chemical engineering
• Have at least 8 years of experience in metallurgical or chemical processes (including ≥5 years in hot-dip galvanizing)
• Have excellent knowledge of EN ISO 1461 and EN ISO 14713 standards
• Have practical experience working with zinc baths
• Can analyze processes, make decisions, and take responsibility
• Can work independently and collaborate effectively with the production manager
• Speak English fluently, Lithuanian – expected to be acquired through the company-supported language courses (Russian is considered an advantage)
• Are results-oriented, quality-focused, and committed to continuous improvement
• Experience working under EU environmental regulations (IED, REACH) is considered an advantage

• 3 500 – 5 500 € gross per month (depending on experience)
