We’re looking for a Head of Virtual Account Management for EMEA to take full ownership of all upper funnel activity for the business development teams across the regions. The Head of VAM – EMEA will be developing and executing a regional acquisition strategy that drives new business to EMEA’s 3 main multilingual hubs in Portugal, Spain, and Greece. The successful candidate will have the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment and a passion for helping others achieve results. - Execute go to market strategy for multilingual hubs focusing on targeted accounts for each vertical by managing productivity of virtual account management team
- Develop outreach and communication strategy for target accounts, customizing initial outreach depending on vertical, buying persona and service offering
- Organize and plan outreach strategy and cadences of team across portfolio of accounts utilizing all channels of communication including email, social and phone
- Develop sales skills of teams allowing them to identify and target decision makers, position the company’s offerings and engage prospects to convince them of our value
- Deliver comprehensive reporting on all plans/strategies/financials to the Chief Business Solutions Officer
- Stay accountable for primary metric of booking initial meetings for business development team to understand potential of future business partnerships
- Work closely with business development team to continuously improve quality of meetings booked by virtual account management team and ensure high conversion rate into opportunities and closed deal
- Produce detailed & accurate sales and budget forecasts
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, help support the country sales team to identify and develop TP’s unique selling propositions and distributors
- Ensuring sales team are utilizing and managing the TP CRM system – Sales Force
- Create a culture of success & ongoing business and goal achievement.
- C1/C2 in English (C1/C2)
- Previous experience leading B2B sales operations
- Solid experience managing in Customer Experience Management operations
- Experience financial management: budget, margin and P&L
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Available to start ASAP
