{"id":39937,"date":"2026-04-16T07:29:45","date_gmt":"2026-04-16T05:29:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.eures.sk\/?p=39937"},"modified":"2026-05-07T10:06:41","modified_gmt":"2026-05-07T08:06:41","slug":"eures-job-day","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.eures.sk\/en\/eures-job-day\/","title":{"rendered":"International Job Fair EURES JOB DAY 2026 in numbers"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The EURES Slovakia network organized the <strong>International Job Fair EURES JOB DAY<\/strong> on 26 March 2026, once again confirming that personal contact with employers is the fastest way to success<strong>.<\/strong> The event offered visitors not only the opportunity to apply for jobs in Slovakia and in EU\/EEA countries, but also to receive expert guidance on the labour market and employment opportunities across Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-1 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Participation of Exhibitors and Job Offers<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The international fair held in the M Arena in Pre\u0161ov saw the participation of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>14 foreign exhibitors<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>28 Slovak employers<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>They offered visitors more than <strong>2,000 job vacancies<\/strong> across all sectors, both at home and abroad.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"EURES JOB DAY 2026\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/upd7q8ZkH_4?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Information about job opportunities and living conditions was provided by EURES advisers from the <strong>Czech Republic, Denmark, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria<\/strong>,<strong> and Italy.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-2 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Accompanying Programme<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The fair also featured professional presentations focused on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>current trends in the European labour market,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>introductions of exhibitors,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>practical information for those interested in working in Slovakia or abroad.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Attendance and Results<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Participation was free of charge and, for the first time, required <strong>online registration<\/strong>. The number of visitors reached <strong>2,915<\/strong>.
