Looking for a part-time job in Norway that pays well, respects your study schedule, and takes you places?

Whether you need to fund your studies, want to build a valuable network and lasting connections, or simply need an energizing break from everyday student life, this is the perfect way to kickstart your career while finishing your degree. While the initial training is intensive and requires genuine dedication, the role is designed so it can be combined with your studies. In return, you get to be part of an exceptionally warm and supportive work environment, enjoy great travel perks, and gain practical experience that sets you apart.

Why this is the perfect part-time role:

• Built around your academic calendar: Keep your weekdays free for lectures and exams! Your main commitment is working a minimum of 8 weeks during the summer season, plus every 6th weekend the rest of the year.
• Earn more when you want: Get preferential rights to pick up extra shifts during winter, Easter, or other breaks when you have more free time.
• A major boost for your CV: Build highly valued, real-world skills in leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, and communication.

You’ll love this role if you are:

• A natural people-person who loves delivering warm, personal service.
• Adaptable, resilient, and quick on your feet when plans change.
• Energetic, reliable, and balance life commitments with a positive “can-do” attitude.
• Excited about teamwork, fast-paced environments, and the adventure of travel.

You’re our ideal candidate if you meet these requirements:

• Age & Height: Minimum 20 years old; over 160 cm (or can reach 210 cm on tiptoes).
• Legal & Safety: Unrestricted EU passport, valid local work permit, clean criminal record, and the ability to swim.
• Health: Able to pass a drug/alcohol test and obtain an aviation medical certificate.
• Location: Live within 90 minutes of the Oslo base during the summer season (or are willing to relocate).
• Languages: Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Appearance: No tattoos on face or neck; hand/behind ear tattoos must be under 1.5 cm.
• Education: Completed upper secondary school (practical or academic), though relevant service experience can compensate.

Fly, explore, and stay protected:

• We don’t just offer a competitive salary; we offer an incredible lifestyle:
• Travel with your crew: Access heavily discounted airline tickets for yourself and up to four friends or family members to travel Europe on a budget.
• Premium travel insurance: Enjoy peace of mind wherever you go with free travel insurance coverage.
• A caring work culture: Join a warm, diverse, and supportive team of colleagues on the ground and at 35 000 feet.

If selected, you must successfully complete:

• An approved background check for your airport ID card.
• A pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol test.
• Our intensive Cabin Crew training course.

If selected, you will be invited to an assessment day, where we will present the terms and conditions of the role. Should you receive an offer, you’ll be assigned a training course based on recruitment needs.
Candidates will be handled on a rolling basis.
