You must speak fluent English and have a strong customer-focused approach, with the ability to work confidently both as part of a team and independently.

As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will play an important role in ensuring our guests receive a warm, professional and memorable experience throughout their stay.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing friendly, efficient and professional service to all guests.

Striving to exceed customer expectations and maintaining the high standards of Mount Juliet Estate.

Supporting the Bar and Restaurant Managers in maximising revenue through promotions, new products and special offers.

Serving beverages in accordance with hotel standards and training provided.

Maintaining excellent customer care and ensuring guests receive attentive and efficient service.

Handling customer questions, requests and complaints in a professional and helpful manner.

Following all Health & Safety, hygiene and cash-handling procedures.

Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming restaurant and bar environment.

Working closely with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service at all times.

Assisting with other food and beverage duties as required by the management team.

Requirements:

Previous experience working in a busy restaurant and/or bar environment is essential.

Must be available to work Full-Time from September onwards.

Fluent English and excellent communication skills.

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Good organisational skills and the ability to multitask.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and on your own initiative.

Knowledge of whiskeys, wines and cocktails.

A genuine passion for hospitality and creating positive guest experiences.

A professional, friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
