Customer Support Specialist with Slovak and English

As a Customer Support Specialist with Slovak and English you will be a part of a great team and together will:

• Deliver outstanding client service
• Achieve great customer experience and satisfaction
• Identify and assess customers’ needs
• Assist with general inquiries, product support, and troubleshooting via phone, e-mail, chat or ticket

Working time:

• 9.00 – 21.00
• Monday – Sunday
• 40 hours per week
• 2 days off

As a candidate, you do not need to have experience in a similar role but you should be fluent in Slovak and have excellent communication skills.

• Job salary range 2 200 – 2 500 BGN
