Hiring EU/EEA citizens
EU/EEA citizen needs no work permit!
Eliminate legal duties of employer hiring people from the EU/EEA countries and foreigners who do not need their work permit!
Duties of employers:
- To sign employment contract in compliance with the Labour Code
- To register employee at a relevant office of labour, social & family affairs with respect to a place of job not later than 7 business days using “Information Card“ form
- To register employee at a branch of the Social Agency before starting a job
- To register the employee at a health insurance company within 8 business days
- To deregister the employee from all institutions after terminating his/her job
